The World Literacy Foundation has partnered with Teach the World to Read to provide the acclaimed Fantastic Phonics reading program to eligible schools, organisations and communities free of charge.
Fantastic Phonics is a complete learn to read program - 60 phonics readers - that guide children from the first steps through to competent reading. Each story has a fully guided parent/teacher manual which "teaches the teacher" how to develop the child's skills. Over the last decade, more than a million people, from more than 78 countries, have downloaded the program for use in homes, schools and organisations. The program has been independently researched by USAID and found to be a stunning success.
